The Adolescent Differential Response (ADR) Service is a community-based collaborative service that is only available to our partners at the Kawartha Haliburton Children’s Aid Society (KHCAS). The focus of this service is to prevent investigations and/or out-of-home placements for children and youth due to a mental health issue.

Referrals to this service may only be made by KHCAS staff once an ADR Service Screener and ADR Service Referral Form have been completed and submitted to the PYS Triage Worker.
