The purpose of the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee (CQI) is to provide oversight guidance for the Agency’s internal and external operations, systems, and processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.

Specifically,

• Identify, analyze, and make incremental improvements to systems, processes, or services
• Increase efficiency and improve quality
• Minimize waste, inconsistencies, and deficiencies
• Maximize effectiveness of resource utilization
• Support delivery of high-quality service to clients
• Support safety in the working environment
